FIRST DAY OF TRAINING?

We’re excited to meet you! Don’t be nervous at all. When you arrive, head to the reception desk & let our friendly staff know they it is your first time & what time class you booked into. They’ll make sure you know where to go and answer any questions you have.

10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS

First class? Let’s do this. Get there 10 minutes before class to meet your trainer. We’ll check you in, get you sorted, and walk you through what to expect during your first class. Don’t forget a water bottle.

DEMO TIME

Our trainers will guide you step by step through each workout. If you forget don’t stress, we’ll remind you and improve your form throughout the session. We got you!

LETS GET IT DONE

Now’s the time to push yourself physically and mentally for the next 45 minutes. Trainers are with you every step of the way. You’ll feel the burn and love it.

HI-FIVE & STRETCH

At the end of the session, all trainers and members Hi-Five one another to finish off what was an awesome workout. This is amazing to build communities and friendships, then we stretch to finish off the workout.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Push your strength to the next level. Build muscle and burns calories, best of both worlds. You’ll be doing cheeky flex on the way out.

HIIT WORKOUT

WED SAT 

Turn up the intensity and burn those extra calories with a full body workout. Functional training like you’ve never seen before.
