FIRST DAY OF TRAINING?
We’re excited to meet you! Don’t be nervous at all. When you arrive, head to the reception desk & let our friendly staff know they it is your first time & what time class you booked into. They’ll make sure you know where to go and answer any questions you have.
10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS
First class? Let’s do this. Get there 10 minutes before class to meet your trainer. We’ll check you in, get you sorted, and walk you through what to expect during your first class. Don’t forget a water bottle.
