During our HIIT sessions you’ll not only get your heart rate up from cardio based exercises but also from weighted movements. This helps the process of burning fat and building lean muscle.

Life is busy, we get it and that’s why our sessions run for a total of 45 minutes. This amount of time is perfect for not only people who are busy but enough time to focus on each muscle group throughout the week.

UNLIMITED PT. SESSIONS

PT’s are expensive. For most they can only afford a single session a week. With G3, we provide the same high quality PT workout, for less cost and access to unlimited sessions a week without paying any extra!
