MONDAY

LEGS

Probably one of our hardest sessions we offer. During the 45 minute session our trainers will push you to your limits making sure each rep counts. All exercises are designed to see you achieve results.

TUESDAY

PUSH / PULL

Our Push and Pull class is a 45 minute session where our trainers will rotate you through a range of exercises focusing on strengthening and toning the back, chest and shoulders.

WEDNESDAY

HIIT TRAINING

Our HIIT Training class is a 45 minute sweat session that will see you burning calories well after the session has finished. You will rotate through cardio based and functional movements designed to keep your heart rate up.

THURSDAY

GLUTES, HAMMIES & ABS

One of our favourite sessions! In 45 minutes you will rotate through a range of movements focusing purely on these muscle groups. Girls if you want to grow that booty and guys if you want to grow those legs come in and have our trainers push you to your limits.

FRIDAY

SHOULDERS AND ARMS

This session is focusing on your shoulders and arms for 45 minutes. This session is designed to push you to your limits, rotating through exercises focusing on these muscle groups will leave you feeling the burn well after you have done the session.

SATURDAY
